Otgorata (“we”) operates otgorata.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

• Account details: name, email address and, if you sign in with Google, your Google profile name and picture.
• Business details you provide: company name, VAT number, phone and delivery address.
• Order and enquiry information you submit through the website.
• A session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a cookie that remembers your language. We do not use advertising cookies.

Why we use it

To manage your account, process and deliver your orders, reply to your messages and — only if you subscribe — send occasional news. The legal basis is the performance of a contract and, for newsletters, your consent.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run our business (hosting, email, payment and delivery partners), never sell it, and keep it within the EU/EEA where possible.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by writing to hello@otgorata.com.
