Orders

Orders placed through the trade portal are order requests. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm the order in writing (by email or by changing the order status to “Confirmed”).

Prices

All trade prices are in euro and exclude VAT and shipping unless stated otherwise. VAT is applied according to EU rules; for intra-EU B2B deliveries with a valid VAT number the reverse-charge mechanism may apply.

Payment

Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due by bank transfer according to the terms on your invoice. Online card payment may be offered in the future.

Delivery

We deliver within the European Union. Delivery dates are estimates and confirmed with each order.

Quality & complaints

Please inspect goods on arrival and let us know of any damage or issue within 5 working days at hello@otgorata.com.
